Transforming “Manic Monday” Into “Mighty Monday”

A sense of sadness kicks in on Sunday night 😢... Pre Monday blues got you feeling down! Then, the alarm ⏰ goes off early the next morning. Time to wake up 👀 and stumble through another “Manic Monday” 😫! Sound familiar?
Monday mornings have a horrible reputation for ruining an entire week. But we all must learn to not let one day of the week jeopardize our productivity and success at work! There are several small ways to jump start your week.
(1) Instead of thinking negative thoughts, choose to look on the bright side. A positive attitude can create a happy workplace and lead to a productivity.
(2) Prioritize emails! Compartmentalize your day. Break it up 🔨 You absolutely do not have to address your whole to do list on Monday. Spread those duties throughout the week so that Monday’s aren’t so overwhelming.
(3) Get up and get out! Pair Monday with a walk outside. Back away from the screen and desk... The combination of exercise and fresh air (preferably during a mid-afternoon break from work) will rejuvenate your mind and body. Even 15 minutes can refresh your senses and ready you for the rest of the day.
Let’s slowly transform “Manic Mondays” into “Mighty Monday’s” ❤️
