Leaders... answer the following question with a 🛑 for “no” and 👍🏾 for “yes” !


How often do you step back and take the time to ask your team, cross-functional partners or peers how they experience you? 🤔


I mean, almost every day you most likely provide constructive feedback to your employees with the goal of targeting development in an effort to help them succeed. 👌🏾


But as a leader it is equally important to understand that feedback is a two-way street! 💯 Individuals around you could offer true insight! Don’t let being on the receiving end of feedback make you feel uncomfortable.


TRUE... tough feedback can sting! 😫 But it is so important to push your emotions aside and foster an environment for your team that promotes safe and productive conversations across all. Remember, there is always room for individual growth at EVERY level in the workplace; especially at the leadership level. SET THE EXAMPLE! 😉😘
